Steps to Registering to play football with
Curl Curl Youth Club in 2017
We strongly urge you to register early to avoid disappointment
as some age groups may need to be capped and grading (where applicable) begins early February. Players must be registered to grade.
Before you go to the online registration system, please consider the following:
> The Early
Bird discount is now automatically included in the registration provided
you finish and pay by midnight February 4.
There is no need to select an add-on for this.
> If you are registering a girl for both Mixed and
Girls competitions (Dual Registration),
the main registration is the Mixed and this is the package you should
select. Then choose the appropriate age
group Dual Registration Add-On Girls package from the Additional Items menu later in the
> If you plan to register for a full-time student package (discounted
by $40) be mindful that you will need to provide proof of full-time study
before your registration will be approved.
> If you are a returning player and need
new shorts or shirt, these are now purchased during registration at $15 each
(size to be selected when picking them up).
This is done as an Add-On in the Additional Items section before
payment. If last year’s kit still fits,
then there is no need to purchase new items.
Everyone will receive new socks,
but if you want extra pairs they can be purchased during registration also. New
players receive shirt/shorts/socks included in their registration. Uniform items will be available to pick up and
choose sizes in the week before the first game.

> If you are playing
U10 or above, there may be additional
requirements as per below – proof
of age/photo/extra forms.

Players U10 (and W-10) and above
who are playing for CCYC for the first time,
need to provide proof of age (copy
of Passport or Birth Certificate)
Players moving to O35 (and
W-O35) or O45 for the first time need to provide proof of age.
All players moving to U12, U14,
U16, U18 or AL, O35, O45 (and Girls/Ladies equivalents) for the first time will
need to provide a new passport-style digital photo for registration
cards. Also, a new photo is required
every two years in the youth competitions and for younger adults. Senior adults should ensure that they still
look like their photo.
All players U10/W-10 and up who
didn’t play for a MWFA club last year will need to complete a MWFA Application

International Transfer Certificates (ITC): If required, this will take a while to be
processed and may delay your
registration if it isn’t submitted early!! Contact the registrar if you
think this applies to you as explained in the following 3 points.
1. Senior players who last played overseas need to
complete an ITC application – when registering online you must state that you
last played overseas and provide the required details.
2. Junior and Youth players (U/10 to U/18 age
groups) who last played overseas need to complete an ITC application – when

groups) who have not played in an Australian association previously, and who do
not have an Australian Proof-of-Age document (Australian birth certificate or

Students claiming the student
